0 to 1300 cc are taxed at 2.5%

CITY 1.2L was already being taxed at 2.5 % under 1000+ category.

Alto, Prince, Cultus WagonR were increase under 0 to 1000cc category which was increase from 0 to 2.5%

There is no change in sales tax or FED above 1000cc and less than 1300 cc so there is no impact on 1.2
For less than 1000cc sales tax is increased to 2.5% so impact is being shown

New city basically have earth dream transmission not engine. In earth dream transmission they have significantly reduced CVT lag. If have have driven Civic and now new 1.5 CVT, u will feel city transmission more crisp and responsive.
(As per my understanding and experience, better to verify from some authentic source )

Even 0-100 of oriel and City 1.5CVT is similar.

Pricing and delivery times for cars throughout the world have gone insane. Recently saw how dealers in USA are selling new civic si for about 50k USD. That somehow makes even the new local civic rs 6m rs rumors seem slightly reasonable.

The one when a new car is registered on anyone else's name, other than the person mentioned on the invoiced.
Be it 3 months or a year, if the first registered owner's name is different than the name on original invoice, this tax is applicable

Nothing changes if the original invoice owner registers their new car on their own name.

Theoretically, any alteration voids warranty.

Horn and speakers changing mostly includes wire cutting.

Although if u add a new horn and your radiator leaks, ac doesn't work or side mirrors don't retract it doesn't has any links.

Why don't people usually register before selling on premium then? Wouldn't it be more preferable for the buyers and netting higher premiums for sellers due to higher demand?

In my experience I had modification done to the sound system. I had a problem with the basic city cd player about a year later after alteration, but issue was not cause of the alterations. I got a free replacement under warranty even though the fitting person knew I had alterations done. I assume it was most likely cause it was a cheap player with known issues, for the more expensive navigation system they would've created a lot of issues.

Btw the warranty for HUs is 2 years or 20k Kms. My car was over 2 years but under 20k Kms and the warranty was claimed. Again most likely lenience shown by the outsourced vendor because of the player being cheap. And then a couple years later when the warranty was done, the player again stopped working properly. Now that player was clarion but who knows what the hell kind of shitty Chinese faux clarion it was cause the aftermarket pioneers seem to last like 20 years easily.

the horns in these hondas are soo bad. i cant keep using this for 3 years.

should horns be a plug and play replacement? why does it need wires to be cut for horns? even for speakers and tweeters its just extra wire. existing wire shouldnt need to be cut.

Most pathetic horn award goes to Elantra.. CD 70 has a better one. Unfortunately I'm not changing it due to warranty. Normally genuine horn has different connections. I think it's directly grounded to car body and only one current wire is attached to it. After market has live and negative wire connections, for which electrician need an additional wire. (I may be wrong).

Depends if you can deal with the hassle of warranty claims.

A normal part replacement would cost you 1 hour. Warranty replacements can cost 1 week.

My Altos audio unit was replaced on 1st 1000km service no hassle.

Corolla 2011 had a main engine seal leaked, Toyota central created a fuss, I emailed indus motors was done in 1 day.

You purchased a 3 million car. Enjoy it to your most. Do what ever you feel like doing with it.

Just make sure don't cut and tape wires unnecessarily.

Adding amplifier HID, LED lights or unrated bulbs can lead to fires. Try to keep safe and modify as much as you like.

Realistically if u alter electronics and your shock absorbers leak. It has no connection. Tire upgrade might bug you
