Its sad that instead of govt improving roads manufacturers have to increase ride height ... Drive is messed up for new city. I dont feel confident cornering. My swift is 170mm with 65 profile tyres while city is 180 still swift corners better

The raised city will have very poor crash rating, elevated insurance premium. There is a reason they dont have it. Plus you can forget the highway drive on it

Bro its obvious that elevated car will compromise ride comfort. But thats public demand and our poor roads and jumps need. I m glad that city is elevated now. City car is for city drive as name suggest. Bro Toyota last 50 years sa elevated garia bana raha ha pakistan ma. Mehran elevated thea jaha merzi la jao mehran lagti nahi. Interesting Fact and first hand experience:
In USA 20 years old model Toyota Corolla se saloon (one that launched after indus shape) all cars have been recalled to check or reinstall new air bags. One customer had complaint abt air bags now, he might have met accident and there might have been issue in air bags. All active these model cars who r still running on USA roads were recalled to check and reinstall new air bags.
This is what these companies do in USA. US is such a big automobile market and no company can take a risk to lose customer in a big competetion. Secondly strict rules here in USA.

Yes thats what i wanted to hear. For motorway drives frequently if one doesnt feel city safe just dont buy it or drive it. Why keep complaining abt elevated body.
One pakwheeler here already mentioned that he just sold out his city as he had to frequently drive on motorway and he thought its not stable. Very good decision makes sense.
Majority do not drive on motorways like me. We wanted elevated Honda car same as Toyota cars. This was our need and we r thankful to Honda that they listened to the feed back of customers k previous city neche sa lagti ha jumps pr so they elevated it

I was only replying to Elevated city in USA, there are reasons why the 5H!TBOXES dont get launched there.

1. Customer knows his rights
2. Legal System
3. Legislature

Bahi kahan lagti thi pichli wali city? Pindi islamabad ki koe aisi jaga nahi hai jahan pichli city na ja sakti ho. Ground clearance ko pata nahi kia samjh lia hai hum ne. Bahi idher b honda 2006 reborn walon ko bula bula k airbags dal k de rahi hai. Nothing special. Aur usa k liye ye ziada sharam ki baat hai k wahan ab b 20 sal porani garian chal rahi hain. Hum to samjte thay sirf pakistan ya 3rd world countries mein aisa hota hai.

Bro ap bata dain Toyota Pakistan ma q sub sa zayada popular and successful gari ha??? Purani City IJP road aur unche jumps jaha pr b han bhale bahria town ma b with 4 guys on board lagti thea. Ma na rakhi thea muje pata ha bhai. Ap gusa na kare. Us k mud splashers tou hr gari k totay huwe milay ga. Ma Jehlum gya tha wo androon city jumps pa lagti thea. Pindi Chakri road side....yaha pa roads ki condition buri ha bohat lagti thea
Depends k ap kaha rehte han. If u r in main islamabad n commute only within main Islamabad then u r safe

Bro ap sell kr dain City...koi aur low suspension gari la lain.
City bikar gari ha elevated c bana di ha ap ko elevated nahi chahye tou very simple just sell it. Koi zabardasti nahi k ap yahi gari rakhe. YARIS is 175mm and still more elevated than City. I had talked to Honda Dealership abt hard suspension and main reason for keeping previous City suspension hard was k neche kum sa kum lagay.

I've 2019 1.3 city and I can confirm it easily touches bumps especially in I sectors Islamabad. Though it looks perfect not elevated that all and drive feels okay on highways even with stock tires. I've booked city aspire 1.5 cvt and excepting delivery soon. I was already concerned about raised height. I travel a lot on highway and now I am super worried about it after reading the above comments. Does getting low profiles tries 185/60 help with highway drive ?. I don't see people complaining about yaris ground clearance even when its 3mm more compared to city.

Dont go on people comments. My friend had gone from Islamabad to Karachi and back to Islamabad on 1.2 CVT with 4 adults on board plus full luggage. He told car is stable and didnt feel underpowered. Tire size is 185/65/15. Logo k comments pa na jaye ya tou A380 ma b hazar keray nikal dain ga.

No ise of low profile tyres. It won't help with body roll. Car is quite light. Dont even get side skirts coz aur body roll hoga
