There are specific importers for each brand you need to check for it or normally authorized distributors will tell you

195/60/15 is perfect size but very difficult to find. Also other issue with that is, God forbid if one of ur tyre get demage, u won't be able to find 1 single tyre in this profile for replacement. Safest bet for Pakistan is 185/65/15 for new City.

Booklet says 175. The wheel spec says 165 to 205 that makes 185 middle size
yes you are right...faced the same issue with 2 hondas previously and yet again with city which i received 4 days back. all with 40psi
