Brother Aspire is overpriced. There's no doubt in it. Personally, I booked Aspire knowing about it
The additional items in Aspire are leather seats, alloy rims, climate control, 4 speakers, chrome door handles, door visors, read AC vents.

That's why I mentioned you can opt for 1.5 basic if you want bigger engine.

yes i think hi grade interior refers to the faux leather seats. dealership should be able to clear that further.

ofcourse if you want/need the extra features then go for 1.5 standard.

Aspire is overpriced for shashkas only. For 80k more you can go for a 1.6 L Altis.

Corolla is any day a better bigger stronger car.

I too opted for shashkas, earlier I wanted 1.5 standard but was avaliable only on booking or 6 to 8 months waiting time.

Earlier difference between 1.2 CVT and 1.5 CVT was 1.2 lac now it is 200k.

Thanks, I think I will sit in both and try to get a test drive and then decide, I'm buying a car for myself not next owner, so maybe once I sit in it I will waste the extra 1.5 lac like @ifadey and get top of line, because why not, I plan to keep it for 5-10 years, might as well get the top of the line.

BTW how does driver seat compare between Yaris and City? I'm, 6'4" so thats a big factor in my decision. Back seats I don't care about at all, never sat in them, since I am the only driver of my car.

City's front leg space is compromised. Altho it is wider and has a better room in the back. The front would feel tight with your height.

Better go and check both City and Yaris.

Btw Yaris is officially avalible in 30 days.

I found City way more spacious than Yaris. I suggest you go and check yourself to get a feel and then decide.

i chose city over altis. shashkay being one reason. but major reason being cvt. corolla transmission se nafrat he. engine rota rehta he gari reengti rehti he.

also car size another reason. due to current house location and stuff.

last reason I'm a honda type of guy

Does aspire have rear speakers (total 4)..? like 1.2 only has front 2 speakers.

40k inclusive everything. i was told 45 k before. then i said i will check other options in the market so after a few days they offered me 40k total for undercoat plus ceramic coat.

someone here mentioned its glass coat not ceramic but my invoice says ceramic so i'm not sure which it is.

i'll share the pictures later cause the delivery person told me not to wipe the car or put water on it for a week to let the coating harden properly. so its kinda dusty right now. will get it cleaned on friday and then share pictures.

So almost equal space in both City and Yaris. It's just the front seat adjustment that reduce the space in the rear.
I think the arm rest in the center of Yaris is also a factor that give this perception of less space.

They gave the right duration for curing. It takes a week for the coating to fully cure and harden.

really? front yes probably is same space but rear space is pretty different.

I need suggestions about purchase on open invoice. I had booked city aspire from Islamabad on initial payment 1.2 in August and my tentative delivery date is April 30. They will ask for remaining balance in march. Should I wait for april or go with open invoice option? Is there any price increase chance in April?.
