Getting 11+ avg in city ... With eco. I think i still don't know how to drive a CVT for fuel avg. Any tips? It feels sluggish always

CVT do feel sluggish, specially if you are coming from manual or traditional auto.
Vehicles with CVT starts moving like a boat. You use throttle and the boat starts moving in water after a second or two.

Try to keep rpm at 2k or below for fuel economy. Don't floor the pedal. Car will move in a 1 second.
Also, hard accelerations are bad for CVT longevity.

One more thing. If you want to move fast, first try to get the car moving with soft pedal and then use 50% throttle or more to accelerate fast. Don't attempt to accelerate hard when your car is stationary.

7.7k drive mostly motorway so still adjusting foot in city

( broke 3 suspension mounts, 2 dampers)...And then these tires are not optimised ( the above 2 i used) for grip in pouring rain on Motorway at 120 130 km/hr...So..... Barsaaat men 60 70 pe they used to slip a little...So I dont know about others, but for me it is not psychological because

Normally I follow totally reverse. A sudden acceleration to get a head of rushy traffic then hypermilling to maintain speed and get decent average.
Khair normally my city drive average is around 11 max 12 with any car.

Got the 1k service on my Aspire CVT done a few days back. Actual running was 1500 kms. Had driven on MW and felt that the car is pulling towards left. Get it aligned during the 1st 1k service and there was some alignment issue. New car bhi alignment sy out the. Guess, it's not a big deal.

As of now, i am loving my car. Gave me an average of 14, 13.5 and 17.2.
14 at 50% local drive in pindi and 50% on MW.
13.5 at 50% MW and 50% at local village road with lot of idling.
17.2 on way back totally on MW and approx 200km on Sahiwal-Chichawatni-Toba Interchange.

Only thing i didn't like were the thin tyers. When you see the Aspire from behind. Yuk! Bahut patlay tyres.

But, like a dheet Pakistani, I would resist the urge to replace the General Tyres come what may.

Will break this ganda trend of replacing the tyres immediately after purchase

Maintained b/w 110-115 (on GPS) i.e over 115-120 on odometer with Cruise Control 90% of the time.

Milage began at 18.6 kmpl and hovered b/w 18 and 17.6 for most of the time. But when the cruise started pushing to maintain 120 kmph at the MW's undulating heights and I also raised the speed to 118 on the GPS, it settled out at 17.2-17.5.
2 x adults. 1x kid with bags etc. AC 100%. The tank was also full. Didn't refill on the MW. Did that on reaching Pindi/Mall.

And yes, I am a fan of hypermilling myself. So, would avoid unnecessary braking by anticipating the vehicle ahead of me and let the cruise reduce speed (though hypermilling in Cruise not exactly possible). But accelerate and then brake, repeat is not what I do. I do keep a light foot during city driving.

Is there a prce increase coming? I am going to book Honda City on full payment this Friday. Thanks? In case of price change, will I need to pay diffference? Can I reject the update and ask for money back? What is best advice?

Bro its always good to book with full payment, when prices will be increased next time company will announce some cut off dates for old price and new price applicable, so if you fall in new price then you can pull out your amount if not willing to pay the difference, its totally unexpected what can happen with prices in coming months. Buying a ready stock is also a good option if you willing to pay Own.

After political instability, the dollar have risen to 188 from 180.
I am expecting another price hike in 2 or 3 months.
