this is my experience that even if you contact dealership daily they have variety of excuses readily avialable. & If they are giving Mar deliveries in Apr, then what about Apr deliveries, those guys should expect in May then.?

Anyone knows any denter in Pindi/Islamabad/Lahore that fixes minor plastic bumper dents, Seen alot of videos on Youtube they use some sort of kit. Thankfully the paint is fine but the bump is a nuisance especially on a new car.

Honda is fooling around people, no logic no transparency.

I purchased City with Bank lease, Meezan fixing the amount I would be paying, In February 2022.

I paid 50,000 premium on invoice, and would end up paying 250,000/275,000 on top of the purchase price in the end.

The car price has already increased 290,000.

I would suggest everyone if own price is 35/75k better to get it. People on the forum are waiting since April 2021 and August 2021.

You can not anything because You sign the contract and read it well. all burden is on you, what ever happens, even its delay or price increase or any other problem in delivery, its to be on customer shoulders.
You become begger while getting the car booked. they know that you have deposited adv money in their account and now you have become begger to ask when will it be delivered.
Even if yiu have deposited full amount, all you can do is wait as contract says that Honda is not liable for any delay or any other issue related to delivery .

Just saw some posts here , what's surprising is honda stopped production for civic X by December end which resulted in alot of city production, when I went to book a civic in Jan I litterly saw their whole lot filled with honda cities ... so the fact that they are still delaying deliveries is just scummy.

City was selling on invoice price and under invoice price in December. With dealers begging free ceramic coating and undercoating aswell.

And these were open invoice cars.

Till date if you scroll Honda City adds alot of 2021 cars (model 2022, invoice 2021) are still avalible unsold.

A good denter/ or bumper repair shop might fix it with a heat gun. But mostly they will use a torch which might damage the paint.

Most paint shops would suggest you to fill it with lappi and spray it to match.

0-100 isn't the end all be all.

Majority of 0-100 are based on Speedometers reading. Speedometers (with stock tires) show higher speed than actual (due to Govt allowance/requirements and also it suits manufacturers). I can give you example of 2 cars. Yaris Ativ X speedometer is showing Actual Speed + 4km/hr (so when the speedometers shows 100km/hr it is actually 96km/hr) for GLI the difference was a massive 8km/hr.

I have received letter from honda Classic Islamabad dealer regarding late delivery in may. My TDD date was april 30.

Anyone else received letter?

Yes Honda fort is also giving same letter. Someone mentioned above that april deliveries are late they are still unable to deliver March deliveries.

From last 2 years we are hearing same reasons.. it will be same this time aswell. Hight cost of raw materials, more frieght charges due to covid restrictions, devaluation of Pak Rupee. It will continue to be like this Till the time pakistan will not have its own (state owned may be) car manufacturing company. Even though that car will suck initially like general tyre but at least, the process for improvement will start.
