Guys after watching below youtube video I can also feel a long bubble in my dash board. You all r kindly requested to check urs. Its on top of dashboard close to left vent. Kindly watch below video to see the spot.

Tell this guy, once he gets his claim approved then make a video and share it.

This is simple panic, and such dashboard damage can be caused by the car being parked in excessive heat.

The airbag area is softer then the other dashboard since it's precut to airbag pop out.

Its visible and i can feel it with my fingers. I also checked after watching this video. Excessive heat is not a logic. 3.5 million worth car dashboard should not have any affect due to direct sun and when car is couple of months old.

They're even worse quality? Cause city's dashboard is pretty much as low end bottom barrel stuff as it gets.

They had a tendency to crack due to excessive heat from the Sun. Majority of Mark X nowadays have had their dashboards replaced. It is a widely known issue.

I've seen some cracked plastics on grandes and civic xs as well. While older civics and corollas never used to get cracked plastics.

Funny to see it on jdms tho while local JDM lovers like to pretend they're some maybach level quality cars. This reminds me of how I was checking out etrons recently, and in a couple areas, even they had the infamous mehran level hard plastics. Cars in general no matter where they're made and no matter the price, seem like aren't as well built as they used to be. Many western YouTubers note that as well.

My car has it too. But it is easily visible that it's probably shaped that way as it's too symmetrical and properly shaped to be a quality defect. Doesn't seem like there's anything to worry about.

The real thing to worry about is how my dashboard rattles worse than any other car I've ever been in when there's a bump, even old city didn't have that much of a rattle. I fixed door and boot rattles by foam sound deadening, but don't think I can install that in the dashboard.

I have also seen some 10th generation corolla,s dashboards cracked badly.I also observed little crack on my uncle's gli.

Seems like every city has this..........may be it will remain as it is and designed such a way due to air bag there

Another City owner also made a video on it, he showed both this Airbag part and also the plastic at the edge of rear door that melted in direct sunlight.

Bro i have highlighted it. It happened when my car was parked in direct sun may b only once and the same day it happened. Agr ap ki baat maan li jaye k air bag ki waja sa ha tou i dont agree with ur logic at all. Ya Honda brand ki gari ha aur airbag pehli dafa honda nahi laga rahi kisi gari ma. Another guy has shared youtube link with the same issue.
