This common in all vehicles assembled in PK. Ignore it otherwise opening the panels will ruin it further

Common in most cars assembled in Pakistan. In my Yaris it happens on very poor roads only. It is usually not the doors but the dashboard itself. Passenger side dashboard rattle feels like passenger door. I talked to multiple electricians who regularly open up dashboards and one guy was convinced that rattle will stop if he reassembles the whole dashboard and specially tighten the nut-bolts for the passenger side airbag metal housing. I did not go through with it as opening dashboard is a delicate matter and may make it worse if any hinges etc are broken in the process.

This may have solved his problem, but I doubt it. If the sound is coming from the passenger side airbag housing it will require completely removing the dashboard and reassembling.

The fix for doors is to get damping. I've got all my doors dampened and the rattles from doors have stopped, but unfortunately a rear parcel rattle sometimes comes up in high heat days. I got damping for rear parcel in my old corolla 2010 which made almost no difference in rattles, so didn't get it done for city.

I've also got an extremely annoying rattle from the right side A pillar plastic piece for which I don't know what can be done other than just placing my hand on it. Would appreciate if someone has faced that issue and fixed it and can let me know what they did.

Actually I just remembered, I got damping done for rear parcel in the city as well when it was almost brand new as it was a quite rattly originally. Now it only rattles on some specific bass frequencies on hot days. In the old corolla I got it done for the rear parcel and the full boot, but it didn't reduce the rattles much.

I had the same issue. Went to honda aveneue isb. Guy removed the A pillar and applied some double tape and now its fine.

Guys, my 2022 city is over with its free oil changes i.e. till 10K running. Want to ask that from now onwards what extra cost would be charged by the dealership when I go for next oil change at 15K? Only the cost of oil and filters etc or would they even charge labour cost for simple oil change?
Would the charges be any different in case I go to some other dealership in another city or in the same city?

My City 2022 has a mileage of 12K only, and it shreaks when ever it goes over a sloping bend like an old grandpa. Mainly from the doors or pillars, I dont know exactly. The dashboard also rattles a bit on uneven roads. The right front pillar also makes a sound on uneven roads. And I have just been on motorways and once to the village. Pathetic standards by Atlas.

Yesterday at night while turning my steering wheel, there was a continuous noise (like "WHOO" ) which occurred while turning the wheel on both side.

however this noise is gone and I can't generate this again. What could be the reason? Also during light rain I once felt like as if the tyre wasn't turning , Is there a steering problem in hONDA City?

Also please let me know how to steering lock my car

City don't have steering issues like Civic. The sound could be coming due to uneven road.

No it was definitely from the steering wheel. This has now happened around 5-6 times.

If the vehicle isn't turning in rain, then the tires are loosing grip. I assume they must be stock general tires. They have the worst road grip
