1.2 CVT is a good variant, once you break it in a few thousand kilometers, its fine for 99% needs. And it does have Immobilizer.

Yeah that's a much better choice Alhamdulillah and due to low resale it's usually available for much cheaper than aspire.

I recently bought City 1.5 Aspire, i have an issue with Reverse camera, its operation is intermittent, at times it comes on once selecting reverse gear at times it doesn't, we had a similar issue with honda brv, never got it checked, any one having any idea what is causing this problem

Is your head unit laggy or choppy in anyway?

It gives message of no signal, if we deselect and reselect reverse gear it comes back on

Have trakking world update the software of your head unit. It may fix your issues if your HU is being choppy and slow.

Is there an RPM discussion on Aspire CVT like what is RPM on which cruising speed? I feel like RPMs are higher considering its 1.5 not 1.2

Go for slightly used under 5k driven 1.5 aspire...there are plenty in the market and you should be able to land on a deal at 53 or under for 22-23 models.

Mine are generally 2k at cruise speed 110. 1500 RPM at cruise speed 97. Aspire cvt 2022

With CVT, rpms depend on multiple factors like your throttle position, road elevation, current vehicle speed, etc.

With this CVT it's very hard to manually get the lowest rpm desired for a specific speed. With cruise control the computer manages the rpm well Alhamdulillah and the car gets much better fuel economy. I think at around 130kmh the rpm is at 2.5-2.8k which is reasonable.

The car is switched on and engine is running, what's the correct way to put it in ignition on mode without completely shutting it off though push start button?

I do this by switching the car to neutral, pull the hand brake and then push the power button. Car will now be in ignition on mode till you switch the transmission to P.

The gear knob and handbrake material feels and looks kind of cheap. Added these CF trims. Looks much better.

Any chance of a Honda City facelift this year as the competition has already introduced a facelift about two months ago which I came to know about recently?

I have to say that I am not an avid follower of such updates so completely unaware of any past developments in this context which may have already happened for City.
