They dont the light just scatters ..it all depends upon the leds installed and the design of the refelector housing but it still is a dated/cheaper design then the newer led projections equipped vehicles.

Projectors are also old now. Matrix and laser are the new tech.

I went down in this rabbit hole. Matrix headlights of audi/skoda seem very similar to hondas unintelligent led array headlights.

But I do wonder how bright these led reflor arrays are compared to projectors.
