Suzuki IG Motors Islamabad is also pathetic.
When my car's tentative delivery date passed, I used to call them on alternate days for updates. The aunty there told me that it will take some time. However, one day I called and another person picked up, he said that your car is parked here for 15 days now. So basically the aunty just gives everyone the same reply without checking the actual details.
Also, on the day of delivery back in August 2021, when I reached Suzuki IG Motors Islamabad, the manager Suleman was there but soon afterward he locked his office door and went to sleep. The signature of Manager was required on the delivery order so I kept waiting for three long hours, but he was sleeping, right in the middle of the business day. The staff was afraid of him, so they did not wake him. When I insisted, the staff woke him and he signed the documents with a shitty face.
