You can take to Suzuki 7s dealers and try and get a software update or spend some $$$ and replace the unit. Android HUs with better functionality can be had for about 30 to 40k (FYT Onkyo, Non-FYT Nakamichi etc; FYT based units are better as they are more customizable) . They are either Unisoc 8581 or similar SoC units 4GB/64GB storage units are quite good and work better than stock HU), some more money will get you a better android HU (unisoc 7870 based units for about 80 to 90k), Dudu 7 will set you back about 100 to 150k for decent models.
Planning to spend ~200k, you can get a good pioneer unit. They are not as customizable as android units but they do come with official AA and Carplay (No carlink, Zlink or the likes) and will sound better.
PS: The camera is pretty bad outside of the HU. I have tried with Unisoc 8581/7870 units and it is the same. You will need an AHD camera to get better image with a better HU that supports AHD cameras
