Some dealerships are demanding cash for booking. Has anyone experienced this?
The dealerships in question are Suzuki IG Motors Islamabad and Suzuki Jhelum River Motors.
Suzuki Jhelum River Motors is not giving PBO now but in a few days, giving receiving of cash and saying that car will be delivered in the first week of April
Asked Gujrat one and they said they'll take bank draft

Honda don't share statistics by model so, I dont know what is the source of these numbers for Civic and City.

By the way , Indus has also stopped sharing their Yaris and Corolla numbers.

Why is it hard to digest that city is outselling yaris? If you want "credible" data then look at the sales on yaris in 4th largest market in the world i.e., India. The 6th gen city beat it in sales long before 7th generation was launched. I dont know why people fanboy over toyota that much

Bhai don't be upset. I am just saying that these numbers have no basis. The total of City+ Civic is correct as that is the number reported at PAMA.. the division of sales between Civic and City was always assumed and not always known.

I am NOT a Toyota fan and neither a Suzuki or Honda fan and neither I drive any of these. Your GM6 City thread is also run by myself and started by me. So, again no need get upset.

Lastly, since start of this year, Indus also stopped the model wise sales data same like Atlas. So, my comment is also applicable to Toyota models.

There is no key to key early delivery. As per them mid April is delivery time if booked now.

Also for k2k they have quoted 450k less price of current car from market. As I checked same car from vava cars and pakwheels adds

Visited Suzuki showroom for just a quick peek into Swift
I must say Suzuki have pulled flowers from their ass this time and really presented a great value in the price
Pros + Plus
16 inch alloys in all variants
9” screen in all variants with good reverse camera
Bridgestone Ecopia tyres
Good comfortable seats
Meter cluster looks real Nice
Nice looking gear knob
White accent in interior in MT & CVT and silver in top variant
Adequate boot space
Engine also neatly tucked under the hood (some cost cutting was evident - well ofcourse it’s Paksuzuki, old habits die hard)

Overall Good built quality (far far better then when Lultus was launched)

Top Varaint only
Steering superb
Excellent steering controls
Front kamal
LEDs with DRLs really nice
Parking sensors
6 Airbags

Cons
Poor paint quality (lagta maltay k ooper paint spray kya)
Rear head space kind of odd
Rear leg space okayish of driver seat insano ki terha place ki ho
Rear seat congested feel

Anyone in market for a zero meter hatch as 2nd car or city car than by all means bang for the buck…

I think I would stick to Passo
Built quality
Spaciousness
Solid feel

Somehow if I’m to spend a million for GLX I would rather think of another JDM like loaded Vitz, Passo Moda (ufff ), hell even Nissan Note epower

I am using Vitz 2018 model 4 grade car. Today I visit Suzuki Showroom .I must say that car is very aggressive but my vitz is more solid and spacious than this Swift. If you want aa brand new car than this is best car at this price. If you got Vitz 2018 model reliable car than Vitz is best
