Your problem isnt regional, The problem is with the exchange program.
I exchanged Alto on 10th Feb, Got the car the same day. today is 4th march my car is still pending invoice and registration which was comiited for 6 days after delivery.
I was initially committed car in 1 week and documents in 6 to 10 days after car delivery.
Between all this i got a call from the dealer, You need to bring back the car, We have mistakenly given you wrong Chassis # car.
I told them it is driven 700km, he said no problem if the car doesn't has any scratches/Dents, spare wheel isn't used you come in the morning take another car.
Later in the morning they told me we have sorted out things, Since insurance also needed changing, They had made a sale return and reissued the car in my name.
Invoice should arrive in a day or 2, Yesterday the dealer sent me a copy of invoice, i am still waiting for registration. hopefully it should be done today.
