it's not that minimal air will pass through refrigerant, but the air passage time will be minimal to adequately cool down

I’m using auto climate control throughout and quite satisfied.
I set it to 26 all the time unless I’ve someone on back seats.

It adjusts the fan speed based on inside temperature so normally it set to 5-6 points (noisy I agree) when outside temperature is 45+ and automatically set to point 2 when temperature is below 40.

In one experience, I saw outside temperature 50(on MID) and 26 with auto was performing quite impressive

exactly, i do the same, keep it at 2, but Aliusman's words confused me because he said "minimal air passes through the refrigerant" and i was thinking how come minimal air will pass... it's the time, not the quantity.

by the way, since we are already on the topic, i have another question .. my car's radiator fan (and i am assuming compressor too) only trips on blower fan speed 1, whenever i keep it at 2, even if the car is idling for 10 minutes or more the fan never stops... is it normal ?

Mid Variant is GL CVT is available on invoice price in Karachi. No need to give any OWN, Check some other dealerships

Guys what's the delivery status of existing glx cvt booking in karachi ? My TDD is 13june booked on 4th march but as per dealership they are late. My dealership name is Suzuki Itehad highway.

WOW, a relative of mine booked on 4th March as well and got TDD of 15th July for GLX CVT.

Took a test drive the other day and reference the above points my observations are as follows.

1. AC: i took along thermometer to check vent temperature and not to rely on feel. So i went in my gli and the vent temperature was 7 to 8 celsius but in swift it was 11 to 12 on same cruising speeds. Even i floored the swift but the temperature was never dropped below 11. In my vitz it is 9 to 10. All vent temperatures are inside city traffic and it falls further on long route so yes the AC is not that impressive. I was expecting it to be atleast better than my 3rd gen vitz if not corolla.

2. Pick: pick is good but it hesitates initially if floored from standstill or rolling and then it kick in good. In S mode the hesitation is negligible though.

3. Fuel Average: The test drive unit was showing 15.4 km per litre average which is not bad considering that people test drive it. It was in use of one of the dealership managers who use it for commute between home and work.

4. Cabin noise: it was awesome and cabin insulation was on point.

5. Engine noise: if i compare it to vitz then it was very good and less noisy.

6. Price: the price factor and trunk space is keeping me away to change my 3rd gen vitz with this new swift. I would have compromised on trunk space if PS would not have jacked the prices exuberantly.

Never trust car dealers.
i don't want to mention dealership, i selected a GL-CVT in blue color standing in showroom. Before payment i used inspection services, the guy visited and checked the complete car very careful, and find that front and back bumper and front fender is repainted. then i also find there was mark of "kalam" and stone mark on wind shield.

Usually SIM in these units are meant for Data purpose only. Like navigation and traffic data in Google Maps..

For voice call, it already have Bluetooth connectivity.
