not at all...it all depends uptn how you treat your car paint with your gadgets...try not to move waxing pad, mf cloth in circular motion to avoid creating spider webs on paint surface...always use in straight lines..select 2x2 area, move left to right, up down, move ahead...
you cant 100% get ride of the small scratches or paint scuffs even you do all this, for this you have to use glaze which contains fillers to hide such scratches and last long if you have anyone of good quality like Chemical guys, nanoskin, carpro or other good brands...
dont use wash mit in circular motion while washing with shampoo, use it in straight pattern also to minimise the chances of scratches on clear coat.

Thanks, but boss, honestly it is very difficult to keep car safe from roadside scratchers I have faced twice in my City. Both times I have parked car in fparking facility but on return someone Loved car alot and had scratches, 2nd & 3rd time, bikers while taking out or crossing in-between all these reason I'm thinking towards PPF Coating......atleast it would save me from these scratches......having same coloured car.

There are many technical faults, manufacturing defects, paint, and build quality issues in the Suzuki Swift.

Tire issues

Many Swift owners have reported tire noise issues, bubbling, bubble formation, and repaired tires installed on their brand new vehicle by Suzuki.

Glass quality

There is an impurity stuck in the rear screen during the manufacturing process. Many Swift owners reported cracks and bubbles in the wind or rear screens. These cracks lead to cracks in the glass as well. Unfortunately, Suzuki dealerships do not accept any warranty claims for such issues.

By the way, Suzuki is using a locally made glass by Tecno Auto Glass for Swift.

Paint issues

So-called premium hatchback!

The paint quality of the newly launched Swift is pathetic, worse than Alto, WagonR, Cultus, etc.

There are a lot of dust particles trapped in the paint, paint matching issues, bubbles in the paint, peel-off issues, etc.

Coolant level

The coolant level in Swift drops every few weeks.

I have personally topped up coolant twice during the past three months.

Seat quality

The rear seats of Swift have terrible quality and poor stitching.

Security flaw

A serious security flaw has been detected in the car immobilizer, smart entry, and push start features. As a result of which, this car has stolen from Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

To be honest, if we observe the video closely, itni jaldi gari start bhi nahi hoti jitne time gap mein banda gari lay gaya hai.
Most probably the car was already on and the miscreants spotted it and did their thing.

There have been two cars stolen from Punjab, including this one from Rawalpindi. I am trying to get the CCTV footage of the second car stolen from Gujranwala.

The person in the second incident locked his car and went inside his home for less than a minute. As he came back, his car was gone.

If you closely observe the video that I have shared above, you will notice the person in this video doing something with a gadget hidden under his jacket. It was a range extender along with a relay attack device.

The top-end variant of Swift has a Smart-Entry feature in it. This feature detects the presence of an authorized key near the car and allows to unlock it using the door handle button.

In this video, the thief was wearing the range extender in his outfit. He unlocked the car by amplifying the signal of the legitimate key. Then he took out the OBD plug-and-play device from his pocket. He plugged that device into the OBD port of that car. It automatically mapped his dummy key with the car immobilizer system. He turned on the engine and drove away!

It is better to be careful than sorry and don’t leave your car with the smart-entry feature unattended.

Consider yourself lucky then!

Right after purchasing the car, I had to change plugs as they were faulty. The same issue has been reported by multiple Swift owners as well. The fuel lid opener was not working. Water leakage from the rear wiper system, poor paint quality, issues with the traction control system, parking sensors, etc.

In my case, headlights won’t turn off automatically after sunrise or in bright daylight.
