For 360 panoramas, u need to take overlapping shots of the whole sphere around u. Then use software called PTGui to stitch them into a 360 spherical panorama.
Keep one thing in mind that don't change your point of view i mean the place where u r standing, u should keep rotating at exactly same place otherwise software will find it difficult to stitch panorama.
Afterwards, upload it to World Panoramic Photography - 360Cities and once u publish it there then u can share the link.
For normal panoramas, take 3-5 overlapping shots and stitch them through Photomerge option in Photoshop. Nothing much to do here except crop the edges once panorama is done.
