The margin of error was only one or two inches 
These were 7 or 8 steps on the protruding edges of rocks which had created a natural alternative path for the people. The water flow of Dowarian nallah was too fast and strong to even step into it so there was no chance of mistake. Full concentration was required and i asked each and every team member to slow down, take your time and watch out each and every step.
Three or four steps were even narrower than the width of foot so u could only cross by fixing half foot on the edge and then put weight on next foot.
Only plus was u could lean a little on right over the rock as it was not exactly 90 degree straight.
