what is the date finalized, 27th or 03rd...
i'll try best, but it seems like I'll not be able to make it this time due to some unavoidable family commitment

btw, who is coming from PK? @baqai mentioned in other thread that he'll be here, or may be @istafa111 but he had informed incase he's coming, let see

Date is confirmed as 27th Jan 2012
Departing time: 9:00am sharp.

Itinerary: Depart from Qusais 2 ot RAk
Stop for prayers in Rak, and Food.
Continue to the offraod track to Fujairah
Stop for tea or snacks
Drive back to the Meeting place

Documentation required: Passport, Emirates ID (if you have it) Drivers License or any documentation which says yo are legal here. Very Important to carry all of these coz you will be stopped at more then one check post during the trip.

Please confirm who all is coming, you can come unannounced but there is a possibilty you might not have seat or spot.

incase of 1st option
well i wont be able to come my passport expires next month
i cannot get a visa approved on it
3 months validity is must

You do not need validity on this border unless you are going to oman mainland, this is more like a part of UAE.
