@Sheraz
well thanks for telling what a CJ-5 looks like but I think you are then one forgot what it lookd like trying to make it into a TJ. So try to make a CJ look like a TJ and place different diesel engine, that makes it what xtreemly modified. Well the reality is this kind of job is dime a dozen in Pakistan. There are lot of denters and painters who can do this, and have done this. So no biggie, more like an everyday job in all parts of Pakistan.
As for the 400hp mark, you race a 350Z (I do not know with which car of yours) and it beats it that makes it a 400hp car, lol! That is a very good analogy of hp ratings, I have to say you are very good, and I like your way of checking car HPs, lol!
BTW, if I remember correctly sometimes back you said you sold these cars 1.5 - 2years back. So these are not your cars anymore or any longer. So why are you showing us this stuff, Does not make sense. And the accord was forsale with the CNG modification that you had done on it, lol!
You keep saying you have nothing to prove to us but you keep coming back for more. I wonder why! As for the 20V and the B16 you cannot boost them more then 6-7psi on stock internals, everyone knows this. When you are comparing the 20V to B16 I am not sure what you are trying to say. Coz, both enegines have different philosophies involved. One likes to Rev and make power, not saying the 20V cannot it can too. And the other makes enough torque at the midrange that it does not have to rev high to get that power. And For the 5V head, well Honda has tried it too but was not very succesful at doing so, and Toyota had to go to the 5V guru's Yamaha to make theirs. Another reason Ferrari continues to make 5v engines and others don't is the cost involved. Mas producers like Honda and Toyota try to keep cost low so the masses can afford their cars.
So coming back to the point and how this all started was that you just wanted to challenge anybody and everybody, the guy keeps telling you he does not do races, he keeps the car the way it is for his enjoyment and fun. But you keep trying to challenge him, and stuff. That is how I came in the picture and challenged you, but you have not replied. Sometime back you had mentioned that your coz or someone you know has 350z in Dubai and runs Driveline (which i still do not know where it is or it even exists) So if you want to challenge someone do it with some one who will except it.
So the moral of the story, discuss things if you want in manner which would respectfull to all, not call them names coz it just shows what your upbringing is all about. As for the age in tuning it does not matter, coz I will show you 9 year olds who have more practical experience then anyone here. And that too not going far, just look around the corner in any city, any town Pakistan.
@GTi Freak
Dude its not the ego thing here it is more of respect and dis ing it.
Here is your answer to the open deck question and why they make it.
Open deck blocks are lighter, offer better cylinder temperature control, and because the cylinders don't warp when the head bolts are torqued, they are easier to bore perfectly round. The downside is they can be fragile when pushed far beyond their design limit. Excessive cylinder pressure can cause the bores to shift ,or in the worst case, crack. The solution is to weld in an insert that connects the top of the bores with the external block structure, or to integrate that structure into a new cylinder liner.
