no i didnt mishift, i taught tilsm how to handle the shifter, and adviced him to fix padel for a daily driver to avoid giving neck jerks to his family

True that is.. i'm adjusting with that relaxed shifting thing that you told, i was always trying for a quicker shift.. and got that clutch adjusted as well.. it drives pretty easy now.. but power launch isn't as much fun as it was before.. lolz..

and jee jee, definitely i'll be looking around for RPM Meter that goes up to 9000.. maybe i'll add a separate meter on dash.. i've always liked the shadow ones.. lolz. (H)

well if yr so interested in meters, you can give back my poineer HU, and install 3 meters there. the HU went free with car.

you can put celica type meters, oil pressure, battery charge and a interior/exterior temp.

Post me some reference picture for the type of meters you're talking about.. coz i cannot picture fitting 3 meters in that tiny spot..

jdn wired cars dont go above 180. saftly issue, you have to disconnect vss wire to speedo,, ser gtr is guru in wiring

there is only trd meter 280km n 9k rpm. i doubt doubt doubt you can find in pk.

i had 180 n 9k meter,, its not in car anymore. and pakwheels dnt open my very first threads of 05 n 06 years

fabrication of 3 or 2 meters can be done, u have to search for meters. its not impossible, pic is in my head, no pic of e100 with meters in cdslot on web.

in ae86 ppl put 3 meters next to console like celica or fabricate in centre.

first find meters from some shop, not bigger than headunit in dia, fabricate a plate frm mech and fit meters inside then fit pate in cd slot.

Sir that has already been taken care of.. this car goes on beyond 180 no issues.. About the meters in the dash in place for the cd player console.. like i said i'm really not that interested in those.. if however i could find that TRD meter you mentioned that'll be super awesome.. plus the second thing i am looking for these days is a TRD short shifter for this thing.. Rest i'll see if i can find that meter that has speed only till 180 and rpm more than that.. since toyota matrix and corolla xrs both came with 2zzge in old days they should've come with the meter for 9000rpm.. and there came a couple of supercharged toyota lotus with same engine as well.. so it shouldn't be that hard to find.. i'll be looking for it..

It sure has a history here.. it made a lot of people smile / cry in its old 20v days.. unfortunately we don't have the freedom to go to our favourite spot sunday afternoon now, where half the city's car fans would show up..
I was confused between this car and a fresh import vitz.. my family was in favor of vitz.. even i was since my daily drive is about 80kms on avg.. auto tranny with latest comforting features.. but then again.. this is a sedan not a hatchback.. and has everything i love.. lolz..
running cost for vitz + lease rentals = running cost of corolla
(approximately ofcourse)

And no sir.. no 0-100 yet.. will be uploading one shortly though..
