i asked her to restart it but apparently there's no button the device, called zong help line, he said visit franchise i dont know anything lol
then asked him interface link, he said let me explain u with example what u r asking from me, n the example was that u r asking me hold ur handset n set the internet setting on it LOL where as i just asked for the link, bursted out on him real good, where as he continued his BS so hung up on him, stupid incompetent good for nothing, if i have to visit franchise then what good is helpline for?
anyways found the link, but for setting or any tab at all it kept asking username n pass, she entered the one that she had set but it kept saying incorrect @autophile @huzaifa_khalid
do u know the default username n pass or which one is it as they only asked her one pass n they set it for her
also how to restart it? u both have mifi, maybe wingle doesnt has any button but i saw it my own eyes that browsing was really shitty, hell even google was taking time, speedtest.net took centuries to open n still didnt load fully enough to click begin test, streaming on daily motion sucked, maybe it needs a restart, is there such option from the interface?
that area is in 4g coverage according to the map, n it was showing one less bar only
skype call was fine though but video quality was like cheap 3gp format blurry n used to get stuck sometimes, i hope it gets better after some sort of restart

just learnt
that username n pass was connection name n its pass, so they didnt give the username n pass for the interface, i guess will have to ask them in morning unless there's a default one
