Without package get it from Zong Franchises. They will take care of sims. Converting current no to master only possible from Zong from what I was told.

it depends on ur needs, if u have usb source with u most of the time when u want to use internet then wingle is fine like laptop or usb plug in carif not then u need mifi devicei can always plug the wingle in laptop or in car so no need of mifi for me
3g mifi n wingle is separate from 4g ones

If you have a realtive in Zong then you can have a 500 concession ie you ave to pay 3500rs for device and package ir of 48GB per month (double volume) if no relative then you have to pay 4000rs for the same
