hahaha wid that much speed it is bound to be too low
so after dec15, u'll have to shift to 100gb original price package

Thanks. But zong customer service says sim activation is not the issue. I don't have any package on the device. . Do I need to load a card? I thought 4000 rs. Included the 1500 package for 1 month.

The same exact happened with us too ..
I also thought kay I'll have to pay again for the package until I contacted Zong CSS. To me, they said that load a balance of atleast 50rs, hopefully the device will be activated and start working if not then you'll have to bring the device at our SS. So I got a load of 50rs in it and the device started to work after a hour or so .. Problem solved!

Well mine was actually delivered via TCS. . So definitely no verification..

Now since your device hasn't been verified, I'm afraid that you'll have to go to Zong's Franchise

But if they are delivering via TCS than why they are charging for the package ?

If the customer has to go to franchise for activation than they should only charge Rs2500 for the device and not the Rs1500 for the package. If the customer has to visit the service center than he can pay the package price there as well.

Now since your SIM hasn't been verified you would have to visit CSC for sure but don't pay them any more money, you have already paid them for the package. Rs50 for activation is somewhat okay (although i didnt pay this Rs50) but they might start demanding Rs1500 for the packakge, tell them you have already paid for the package.

Contact daraz and tell them why the package has not been put in to device yet.

I am definitely not going to anything extra as I fully agree with you. In fact, I don't see the point of ordering from daraz.pk as my only reason was that it could save me the hassle of going to the franchise and if it does not save that, then i would rather have bought the device 4 days earlier and activated on the spot at the franchise. . Have called daraz today as well, they say the relevant department is not available right now and they will get back. Want to hear their story and then will proceed to the franchise, if needed..

purpose of ordering from daraz was they will deliver at ur doorstep
also device was out of stock at franchises in isb n lhr
n they do activate it when they deliver, they activated it for every1 here including me
i have their no, if u want i can give it to u, he said u can call me if u have any issue

Completely agree. My problem is still not resolved as DARAZ.PK customer service is pathetic. Would appreciate if u can share the details of the guy. Thanks.

Yeah. This guy called me as well but since I am in Lahore., so I think they sent it via TCS from Karachi .. I will check with him as well .. thanks.

Lol. Just talked to him. Seems very helpful. Saying that will activate in a short and call back.. let's hope for the best..
