SNR, the higher the better. It should be atleast 10. 30 and above is great.
Attenuation, the lower the better 0-60.
In the screenshot, divide these perimeters by ten to get the reading, as its written (0.1 dbm).
Call PTCL and ask them recommended perimeters for your desired (8mbps) connection speed and match it against yours. I think they barely pass for 8 mbps speed.
Most people decide broadband speed without taking these DSL line perimeters into account and then blame PTCL broadband 24/7 !. But its great that you took these into account.
