Day before Yesterday at 12 AM my ZONG package was going to expire. So at 08:30 I consumed all the remaining volume, turned off the device and went to easy load. I loaded Rs 2010/- got the confirmation message, came back home attached the wingle with my laptop and prior to that made sure that all internet consuming applications were stopped. it took me seconds to open the portal and when checked my balance it was Rs 1772/-. For one hour I called 310 and 9951 and no one provided me with a solution. Every customer service officer told me we cannot do anything all we can do is launch a complaint and the back end office will contact you. No one ever contacted me.
I went to CSC center Rawalpindi they told me "when you connected you wingle to laptop it establishes connection so it consumes data to thats why your balance is deducted. I told him its not possible that within seconds it consumed so much data just for connection. Ultimately, I had to load extra balance to activate my 50 gb package.
It was nothing but cheating and fraud and dont know how much money they make by these kinds of scams.
