Zong gets new frequency spectrum from PTA. So they are configuring it these days. That's why everythings is messed up. After activity completion u will be amazed by speed in indoor also..
PTCL Charji at late night and other hours of day when PTCL tower in my area is up and running. Complaining PTCL is just futile as they do not fix the problems.
Zong has gone berserk, sometimes browsing is so good and sometimes it is like snaildownloading impossiblestreaming excellentskype and outlook taking ages to send email or msg
At the end of the day PTCL rocks

PTCL broadband depends on the phone line quality you have. It works excellent for me, never had a single issue!

That's the answer I was asking for.
I never ever used their DSL (except few time at relatives or may be internet cafe some years ago). I had landline installed at home but that developed some strange issue after they digitized their telephony service. That won't make calls to mobile numbers and numbers outside city but receive calls like charm. Complaint did not work as they simply told us to change the number. Look at them saying change phone number instead of fixing that. So my dad just told us to keep using it and then we did not pay bill for which they automatically disconnected landline and then we never went back to that. We never even paid the bill even though they came to collect it. Damn them I started using Wi-Tribe and that served well for years until that went into the trash can of lousiness.Besides I always have used PTCL Evo Wireless. Infact I have been using it since the launch of their EVDO service and quite frankly it always sucked. And now I am using Charji and it goes down whenever power fails and some other random signal disappearance. Other than that Charji works fine and speed always stays high except during peak hours. But this down time is really bad and they don't give a damn about it.

Thats good to know will check today when I go to home and will update here.By the way many sites said that the problem is with their 3g frequency. Then why the 4g is slow?

Dms664 are you getting maximum 7Mbps to 8Mbps on 4G? Thats pretty low ..its 3G not 4G .. Don't you consider it should be more than 20Mbps
