In which area u r using it and how many signals r u getting
speed test is always fabulous but speed meters when u r browsing, live streaming like videos on Facebook Youtube 1080p or downloading that's the actual speed
zong wingle 4G speed test lahore at that moment 3G active with full signal strength in my area 4G signals is only 1 or 2 bars
U r rite but today I did a speedtest and was getting around 17mbps which means 2.1mb/s so I decided to download the file to check the speed so downloaded a 34 mb file from playstore and I was getting exactly 4mb/s speeds easily.

Telenor 3G is offering very good speeds in Lahore. But the browsing on it sucks.
Ufone this morning surprised me. It never went above 3mbps before
No doubt in Peshawar there is cap on speed. I usually get 10 to 12 mbps on one less signal n on full signals 15mbps n following r the results in lahore I did a moment ago.

its working awesome for me, no problem, used on mobile & laptop both, battery back up 8 hours + download 30mb file in 8-10 sec's. s, sorry for low quality pics.
May be they are trying to allocate more bandwidth.
