Anyone here has recently used zong 4g lte on lahore islamabad motorway?

My Zong 4G MBB (Huawei) connected with charger (1 A) for past 1 year. Lithium batteries have got built-in charge stopping function so batteries won't over-charge. But if they do then battery either swells or explodes. Newer Huawei modems have problem in their batteries that's why those are swelling when constantly charged. No idea about Fiber Home but I am sure it is safe to use while connected to charger. Just use the charger with charge rating no more than 1 A.

Mine huawei device is connected with my LCD 24/7 and it only consume charge in loadshedding or when TV is off battery still gives 5hours+ on single charge. And it stops charging when battery is full.
Dont know why it does not stop charging in your case?

Thanks, this is encouraging. I wonder if the worst happens ie if the battery swells, where can a new cheap battery be bought?

I have Huawei e5573 4G device. Every network worked on it except zong. Zong sim is not working while all other sims are working fine both on 3g and 4g. Whats the reason, please help

Well my old battery which swelled is back in shape after I did not use it as I had another taken out from a new device.

Secondly I am selling Zong 4G mi-fi device if anybody is interested let me know.

No. Network is fine, but I have two unlimited net options on my phone (mobilink) and Evo which is soon going to be replaced with Telenor 4G device. This Zong is now an extra expense and not in much use.
