This sucks. I am in love with my Wingle 9.3
And I am kinda forced to use it- Druggies steal the BB wires and sell it off, enjoy crack after.
PTCL refuses to put new wires, even though I've repeatedly asked them to just make it underground. Finally, they have installed new wires, which sway when it's windy and Druggies use it to climb over the wall where they go to enjoy crack.

just experienced 3G for 2 min on telenor djuice

I'm at my office in E-11/3 and I see that my network is showing H for HSDPA on my mobile on telenor djuice sim. I started to download stuff and also ran a speed test that showed 1 Mbps download and 0.5 Mbps upload speeds. I proceeded to download 200-300 mb stuff and upon checking my balance saw 0 rupee cutting. Anyone having the same free internet?

I am surprised at the lack preparation of mobile companies! In any other country, with such a long waiting time, companies would havelaunched the 3G packages and advertising teh next morning... not just advertisements, but actual price plans! nothing so far.. :S

After successful auction of 3G and 4G spectrum yesterday, each and every mobile phone user is now waiting for the commercial launch of 3G services in the country.

The information received yesterday revealed that despite winning the spectrum, the commercial commencement of 3G service may take a week or two at most.

5mhz jam networks smooth in late hours, 10mhz smooth network almost get the extreme speed of 3G all the time

yes its very clear coz zong n mobilink pay double price for same 3g, a company must need 5mhz 3g to run 3g services but for better performance they need more mhz, pakistan govt have total 30 mhz 3g which is given to zong, mobilink, ufone n telenor 10-10-5-5mhz respectively, now mobilink n zong are the best in 3g, n govt have total 20mhz of 4g n 10mhz given to zong coz they give the bib for 4G too, as govt say previously which company give maximum spectrum of 3g ll get 4g too, now mobilink do not give bid of 3g, ufone give bid of 4G but they do not qualify due to rules, now mobilink & ufone both interested in 3G so there is a 90% chance mobilink win the 4G coz mobilink have 10mhz 3g n ufone have 5mhz 3g.

So why companies bid for 5Mhz (as it slow than 10Mhz). Price is different issue future war is for SPEED only. 5Mhz is loss game.

Then why the 10Mhz licence is expensive as compared to 5Mhz, I am not that much of technical person i might be wrong.

yup it was free last night on telenor
speed test showed 2mb download once only after that it was not more than 0.24mb download but download on idm was fast n on play store as well

PTA give full free hand to test 3G now. n say they have to start services same day when they pay price of 3G spectrum according to bid terms & conditions.

ufone 3G service expected in a day or two.
