PTCL Charji Huawei devices support external antenna.
Zong 4G MBB and Wingle both got ports to connect external antennas.

But in my observation the external antennas do not usually boost signals. They may lower latency a little bit but speed and signal strength remains unaffected.

latest zong devices does not have antenna port. the bolt (huawei nd fiberhome)
external antenna helps in catching signals. without anteena, device never receive signals on my site. as soon as antenna is connected 4g signals appers.

I have just shifted from Zong device to cable net which is unlimited 4mb speed for 1200/month
Previously using zing mbb 4000/3months package. Now Zong has reduced it's price to 2975 wow

Looks interesting stuff but if you want a router you can just buy zong bolt ultra router .its wi fi covers my 10 Marla three storey house plus it has Ethernet slot

is the zong router officially available? what is its price. it is not mentioned on their website but saw it being sold on olx

Can zong internet sim be used in MBB device? because in the zong app, there are different packages for internet sim and MBB sim.

I am using zong 4g and getting extremely bad speed throughout the day except in the morning. I complained to zong and they said we are providing satisfactory services in your area! wtf? i showed them the screenshots and they were saying the same thing over and over again. I think there are a lot of zong users in my area due to which i get bad speed (less than 1 mb) but it works fine in the morning (7mb+)

Any suggestions what to do

After a 2months long dispute I left Zong and shifted to cable net. Best thing is it's continuous same speed. No throttling

How charging rate effect data usage

never faced data loss issue due to high pulse rate. In fact there was always something running in background that was consuming data. I have been using Zong MBB since 2015

Zong updated all it packages recently.
My choice would be 6 months or 12 months packages:

6 months 75 GB/month for 10000 rupees [monthly cost 1667 rupees]
12 months 65 GB/month for 13390 rupees [monthly cost 1115 rupees]

I am also a zong user form long time they were fair with therir policies but recently after reducing the rates they have started making users fool.

My Zong usb has recorded 4Gb and they are saying in message that you have used your 5Gb and i dont know how they are calculating data usage.

Their data theft policy has started this month and according to them i have used 35GB data whereas according to my calculations and data usage from device i have used only 28Gb data.

Last night I was out of data and ballance. I took loan and subscribe 100mb I was very careful to use it till day time. I just open few simple text pages and it was over and the thing is that zong device didnt recorded 100mb usage.

Leave Zong immediately because I have been in Zong torture for many months before I took one of the most difficult decision of my life to shift to cable net. I promised myself about 9 years ago that I will never use cable net due more chances of hacking in it but after using Zong continuously for 3years and after getting fed up of their policies and slow net I shifted to cable net.
But in my case I never faced data theft issue may be that I had old Zong wingle which I didn't update to latest firmware despite Zong continuously forcing me to do so

I am thinking to go for telenor 4g device. But what to do of this zong 4g device? sell it on olx? It has latest firmware so cant be unlocked (yet)
