The maximum speed I got on Zong 3G is 1MB download speed = 1000kbs

Bro...it doesn't matter what your experience is, flash storage has a finite number of write cycles before it starts degrading. It does take time but it's definitely noticable if you have crappy flash memory. Samsung uses good emmc flash which is why you haven't noticed it yet, but its not recommended to do something as write intensive as torrenting on flash storage.

I must say mobilink rocks in the pricing - as a zong user i pay Rs 350 for 3g/4g for 2gb while mobilink offers 15gb for Rs 300. :o

Also Mobilink had these insane packages til 30th Nov but looks like they are here to stay. :o

Wifi hotspot on mobilink is not working i think mobilink has blocked that while usb tethering works

operator has nothing to do with hotspot.. may b u need some extra setting

I use wifi hotspot on all networks on almost every phone that has hotspot.
When you turn it on, does it show its signals on your laptop?.

Is your setting set to connect all devices or connect to only allowed devices?

Also make sure that 'hide device' is not ticked where you configure its password.

It connects to pc but in pc it shows identifying and no internet access.Tried on 2 pcs

It takes time to connect on my huawei ascend. Sometimes upto 5 mins its on identifying mode.

You have to keep Mobile data on too along with wifi hotspot on.
