Manually select 2g network from networks selection option...turn on ur data (internet) nd then select warid lte network....LTE will be activated

First Switch off Cellular Data...select 2G from Cellular settings
Then Go to Cellular Data Network and enter APN 'warid'.. Then go back select 'LTE'... Restart and Switch Cellular Data ON... will work

Go to Settings- Cellular-Cellular Data Network
Enter APN 'warid'under hotspot settings.. in username type anything u want.. Hotspot will appear

I easily can on hotspot. But laptop pe show nahi hota.

They blocked you, as they have bandwidth stats for their users. Even ptcl broadband has 100gb limit, to my knowledge.
