Just went through the whole thread. You seem to be detailing pretty good cars

The corolla detailed seems pretty new.. Any specific reason for using the 3M rectification system ? and which compound did you end up using ?
Also what are your packages and what do they cost ?

If Im guessing right the guy is using a finishing pad. Really have to say 2 things out of which one has already been pointed out about the smoking and everything going into the paint.

Considering that the car might have already gone under correction (if needed) the guy seems to be rubbing the cord right into the paint while trying to detail. The quattroporte has a relatively soft paint, I would take real care when doing the finishing. The Maserati black has a very good flake pop, Im surprised you guys couldnt catch that but maybe that just because there isnt a close angle shot..

I have seen ur details and believe me u are doing it all wrong ruining the paint :mad: that corolla just required a gud polishing and some carnauba wax nothing more then that and u gave the ride full paint correction? Are your worker experienced ? Or they are experimenting on such expensive paints? Were they given training on rotory polisher before by looking at the pics it's looks like they were holding for the first tim sorry no offence but u really need to train them before giving them such expensive paint to work on :S

@AusI @Durrani_45 sir your feed back is more than welcome we belive in rectifying our mistakes
for corolla that car was parked in open for more than 2yrs although carwas driven 16k so we needed paint rectification
process as advised byour principal 3M

About staff tarining we have given our staff necessary trainging and specially the guy using polisher has atleast 8 yrs experince
of using the device and have been working in Gargash as polisher for the mostexpensive vehicles so ithink Durrani_45 ur guess work abt experince of our staff
isnt on the mark sir

about smoking while polishing yes we have warned themnot to repeat it

about quality of our work ALLHAMULLIAH we have satisified customer and we have to date not a single bad job repeat job
