Went for a special kind of white , can anyone guess what color it is?

Honestly, the pics really don't show the right reflections. Our 81 has the solid off white color. Its ever so slightly dull than solid white but not the same off white that the newer generations of corolla's came with.

there is a difference , championship white has a cream hue , and for example tafetta white have a shade thats nearer to pure white , like I said the camera doesn't do justice to the quality of the paint and correct shade in the sun I will post better pics after its completed

Tafetta white has a brighter hue close to frost white and pure white

Very nice job on Paint. Anyone who grew up in Pakistan during 1980's has a special place in their hearts for early 80's corollas. I left Pakistan in 1990, yet the memories of classic Japanese cars in Pakistan, stays fresh forever. Best of Luck with this wonderful project.

championship white Honda is a very nice decent shade, so is greek white, The polar white that Honda gave later was too bright for sensibility.

Simply hilarious! I have spent the last 5 mins laughing like crazy!

This guy is lecturing me on quality , lets see his ''amazing work'' that should be showcased on superstreet magazine

The whole color combination ''amazing'' matching of the two tone , with ''genuine'' TA40 corner lights (actually 1986 corolla) , white rims :o, honda CD70 side mirrors , NO WINDOW WIPERS

Fake MOMO deep dish steering wheel , Chinese gauges , great dash wrap , gear selector lever on top of what I can only describe as K2 , missing ignition cover and general amazing workmanship

Yeah super welds there and keeping the transmission tunnel's structural integrity in place

and freakin pink chrome window handles

I guess it wont have any razor sharp handling the way it is set up on the pictures , and this car was never made to have good handling. You can improve that yourself with the help of stiffer springs or coilovers , polyurethane bushes and most important would be tyres with good grip . I was going to swap the same engine in my car but i had a choice 4age blacktop or 3sge beams redtop for 20.000rs more. Went for the beams as it was more powerful and worth the 20k extra.

Finally in my Garage , some final polishes and trims left but its 98% complete
