New Gas shocks, Shortened springs,New hand brake cables, New diff with 4.3 ratio and new brake shoes with new brake washers fitted.

Rear is almost completed mashALLAH. We just have to install new fuel lines now.

^ It's quite easy bro. they (mechanic) will cut a large portion of your tank from above, make a small box like area inside with small holes in it (it acts as a mini tank) and then any efi cars fuel pump lid will be made to fit. It's quite simple and very effective.

I guess vyrus already explained it pretty well. I don't have more pictures of the sump being made. In this picture the sump is already fitted in the fuel tank, If you still need help then gimme a call i'll explain it to you.

TRUMPETS!!!!! I guess this is the first successful attempt of making trumpets in Pakistan. The trumpets are finally made after a lot of hard work, They look awesome and are perfectly made. Now they are ready to be polished.

These will be polished till perfection in a day or two.

There are some really good blacksmiths and silversmiths in Liaquatabad and also Lawrence Road, those trumpets are really easy to make for them, it would be better if you curled the lip more outwards, it really helps reducing the buffeting on the edges.

I have placed such trumpets on turbo inlets, the air suction into the compressor was really nice after that, and the menacing vacuum cleaner like howl was really music.

project is turning out better than what i expected:).

the angle , length and curve of itb play impt roll in sound.

i still am wondering how would a hilux diff would perform with 20v.

i thought its better with 1jz engine.

Zulfiqar bhai i went to liaquatabad but they weren't making the circle of the trumpets in one piece but still i told him to make a sample for me and after waiting for three days when i went to see the sample i wasn't satisfied with its quality and shape. Curling the lip outwards was easy, Idk if it helps in the suction.

I cant wait to hear the engine running on trumpets (H) I'm sure these can do wonders with turbo's

The measurements are perfect. I provided the measurements to the fabricator and he took really good care of them. The curves are really smooth and once polished they will be perfect.

Actually Rashid bhai the hilux diff is has the closest measurements for a ke70 and is pretty strong, The ratios used for 1jz are different. This diff has a 4.3 ratio gear with lsd and a 8'' bulletproof dish Which is unbreakable (H) This is best matched with a rwd 20v
