and on Rama lake we were trying to figure out the flow of water into and out of the lake. The thing is that unlike Saif-ul-Maluk Lake, where one can see the streams from glacier melts flowing into the lake and then this big stream flowing out of it, finally merging into Kunhar river at Naran
Rama lake had nothing !
and we were clueless until Immi found this..

yea, from below the ground this stream (fountain?) was flowing out of no where. It couldn't be traced further back. And how would one explain the pond just before the lake? How is that filled up?
Well, it was concluded that probably, the snow and glacier melts from the snowy mountains beyond Rama Lake are coming here but underground. The streams we saw at the start of the track, maybe same as well. Also this lake, like all lakes, acts as a reservoir. Storing water from the rains and the melts. When it overflows, the only way for water is down and thus the pond before is filled with the overflow of the lake. So maybe, in the rainy season or when the snows above are melting at a great rate, the water overflows and goes down towards Rama as well.
It would be interesting and nice to see if anyone has that capture or could explain better.
