my mamoo is in dubai and he bought a boom loader for for 195k dirhm,, and it was booked on very first day at 11000(fuel cost was his own) dihm monthly,, a few days back work was finished from there and it got another booking on next day at 10000 dirhm and all fuel and pick and drop of operator was on company expenses,, so i will suggest u to invest in boom loader,, only u need is a honest operator,, u pay max 3000 to operator and rest 7000 urs,,almost 2 lakh per month

no office there,,owner(mamoo) lives mostly in pakistan, but he have favour of his younger bro(chotay mamoo), he among some other pakistanis lives there and share the rent, i will share the rent later, i will also confirm for this permit thingy,
