Thanx Alvi sb, bas wo kahtay hain na height par, aur without rest 6-7 hours tough climbing karnay kai baad damagh thora tu sirk hi jata hai.........

Allah ka shukar hai, pichla glacior hota, tu PW ko mera user delete karna parta, and even on the 2nd glacior, those rocks were handy, and life saving !!

Mid-way through the second one

This was longer but less steep and had rocks at lower end.

Rashid bhai and Dr. Farhan waiting on other side while Shahbaz was a little ahead under the trees.

Farhan and me trekked till the lake together.

After covering every slope, we hoped to see the lake but another slope appeared and we laughed at our situation as now taking even one step was a big task and energy levels were in red zone

We could see the higher end of a slope from glacier area and our porters told us that lake is just behind that ridge.

When me and Farhan reached that point, we had a long walk to do in a plain area ....... simply killing

And another slope to climb at the end of the walk .....

I was continuously looking back but no one was showing up.

Finally, when i was about to finish the walk in plain area, i saw Salman showing at the start. He is really a tiny dot in this pic as distance between us was around 800 meters.

After the plain area, we climbed the slope and yet again .... a glacier and distant slope welcomed us

Lake whereabouts were visible in the background and we were near ..... but still not there quite yet !!

And yes .... it was the last one and after a hard, dangerous, adventurous, long, hot etc. etc. trek of 8 hours, i saw Kundol Lake for the first time in my life

Me too was hoping that after that ridge I will definitely reach the lake so I gathered all my energy to climb steep stones to go on top but ................................there was a no lake ahead, one more glacier & then Rocks Again
