Day 3:

We get up early in the morning around 6:00am. Our plan was to take 7:00am local jeep to Taubutt but when we reached at stop there was bad news waiting for us. The jeep was booked and their was no seat left. Some locals tried to negotiate with the guy in charge of booking but he said there is only one seat left in 9:30am jeep. We delayed our plan to go Taubutt because we wanna return on same day.

We decided to explore Arrange KEL. After having breakfast we left of Arrange Kel around 8:15am in Lahori Hote. We left for Arrange KEL around 8:15am.

I am sorry that I don't have exact idea about How much time jeep will take. It depends upon your stops on the way to your destiny.
But what I had seen that many jeeps and cars overtake our coaster So my opinion is that Jeep will definately take less time as compared to Coaster. As Coaster also consume time because it stops on every town for passengers.

One jeep driver met us at Muzafraabad and gave us package of 14,000rs for 3 days from Muzafrabad to Kel with stops at Keran, Sharda and Kel. But we didn't take the offer as it didn't suit our budget. If you have 6,7 friends than It's economical.

I think roads remains close in Winter. Yo can go till Kel on public transport in Winter.

Moving towards Neelum river.
The road was busy with school kids. Most of them was waiting for announcement of Iqbal day holiday in front of School.

Cable lift wasn't working. So We have to take long route to reach Arramge Kel.
Lift charges are 50 rupees per person for one side.

We was approached by local kids on our way to Arrange Kel. They offered us guidence to Arrange KEL but we declined it softly. I was interested to take one of them as guider becase we wasn't aware of the track. They were 5 kids, three of them was aged between 7 to 10. And two of them was around 13,14 year of age. Thesw older boys Zahid and Furqan seemed sensible. After long friendly conversation they agreed to take us for 200rs to Arrange KEL. We paid some money to small kids to send them back to their home and starts walking toward Neelum Bridge with Zahid, Furqan and Atif (Our Guider).

It took us 45 minutes to reach Arrange Kel track before that there was simple walk. It further took 1 hour 40 min to reach Arrange Kel.

We were begginers and hadn't have any prior tracking experience. So the hike tested our fitness and gave us tough time in freezing cold. Sun was long gone now and It was geeting cold around 10:00am. We reached Arrange Kel around 10:40am.

It was ascending till the Arrange Kel village. We took many breaks through out the whole track.
Our guider encouraged us all the way, It seemed like we took good decesion to bring them with us.
