125cc Carburetor in a 70cc Motorcycle...???

WOW!!! AMAZING!!! Now we don't need to buy a CG125 cause we can make our CD70s as fast as a CG125, LOLz...!!!

Sorry to say; but our "AWAM" need a little knowledge about engines and their working principal...

There's a reason why one can't run a car on bloody DISTILLED WATER LOLz...!!! The reason is simple; "You can't bend laws of physics"...

It's not THE MATRIX & you're definitely not NEO...!!! It's the UNIVERSE and everything has a principal!

Allow me to elaborate:To make more power; you need a bigger EXPLOSION!!! BIGGER BOOM in the cylinder!!!And for that you need bigger combustion chamber, bigger piston, bigger air port, bigger valves to let more air in the combustion chamber, stronger crankcase, chassis & transmission and etc etc to name a few...

You can't just feed more fuel into the chamber and hope that it'll beat a YAMAHA R1, Ha! It won't 'make' more power, although it'll definitely make more 'smoke' because of wasted un-burnt fuel...

Do you want smoke?

So instead of your cute little experiments; learn about engines first and then ask yourself whether it'll make any difference??? I mean, its Plain Logic!

In 2014 my friend purchased a Zero Meter Super Star and after 2 to 3 months he installed 125 carb and Chain Spocket of size 38'15 in his bike and puts off his bike's air filter else this he didn't do any further changes in his bike like Bigger head piston, bigger combustion, bigger valves, switch ignition... Etc and still his bike is running efficiently not a single fault he faced in his Engine or head.....
So, how's this possible....???? So where are the laws... Its a miracle or something else...???

As i said from the starting coil should be replaced for better results.
I had already installed pz22 carb even before knowing that it increases performance because i feel the difference and there's also a difference
between Hero 70 head and mien cd70 head....performance with hero 70 head is much better then mien one.

Have you done it and tested it? Why not a separate thread of it? That will be more informative

I never had seen any thread on it...
Nope never uses 125 carb or coil but as soon as I get my hands cousin's 125 I will try it.
Whereas hero 70 pz22 carb gives visible difference but difference can further increases if hero 70 original head is installed with carb.

i installed hero head when my bike had 1.50 size piston....pickup increases with that head whether i uses original carb or pz22 but still pz22 with hero head is great mods....i had made cg125 to struggle specially in first 2 gears but just after 3rd gear it start crossing me.

125 ka future brand ka cdi 120-150 tak mil jatha ha.. Try it man its cheaper then a pack of cigarettes..

Ignition coil is also cheap. Buy future brand.

What about magnet does 125 ignition coil fits in cd70 magnet??

I guess you are mixing up things...
You have mixed up ignition coil and magnet coil.

Ignition coil is a small bottle type thingy beneath the fuel tank.
And cdi us usually placed underneath the seat in CD 70 and the magnet coil is on the left side of engine near gear shifter rod....

Honda CG 125 and Honda cd 70 has same pinout for cdi and both are AC cdi.

Chondas also use ac cdi but it's pinout and connector is different then Honda ones.

Ignition coil of chondaz 70 and Honda 70 is same.
125 has differnet connector. But number and functions should be same.. Anyone who has done it's installation should chime in to enlighten us

Just bought cdi of 125.Future one is not available so I bought ISH
Miss the ignition coil so I will bought it tomorrow.
Start installing after sometime.

Brother shopkeeper said ISH but cralf is written on the cover may be he's saying cralf.
Review
Strength of Spark is less then the cdi I had installed before Yes Less.
Bike backfires alot.
Bike gives starting problem means doesn't start with even slight throttle.
Bike reaches at same speed at same time.
Well the rpm support of 125 cdi is slightly greater means if I rub gear more it doesn't loses power like that in original cdi.But still one doesn't rub gear too much.
Didn't touch the carb.

Spark is caused by the release of high voltage by the ignition coil when the cdi instructs it to do so. I don't know of cdi also provides energy to ignition coil? As I assume all energy to coil is provided by the generator coil in magneto in coil karra.

I need to read about ignition theory.

I think so that reason of less current is magnet coil.
Quality matters no doubt but it effects reliability not working.
