brother,, not meant to sound rude to you but yr not looking hard enough. there is stuff in lahore, but the problem is those who put time effort on carsdont want to drive inbetwen common or hired drivers who are either on cellph or chating or under some pressure to reach somewhere at all cost and mentally somewhere else, causing stupid accidents.

you can find cars when roads are quite and daily drivers are sleeping

well...you are right...these cars are not very common in Pakistan but a couple of decades ago cars like the one you have and many other were very common. Infact in my opinion things have changed very drastically in last few years and now can dont see older cars on roads of cities like Lahore and RWP/ISB.

I am not sure if Celica's were ever imported in large numbers because it being a 2 door which is considered not a "practical" car by Pakistani standard. which makes them not common in my book

I'll either keep the stock fuel tank or get a fuel cell just not that stage yet.

fuel pump inside tank needs a cell to store fuel when you make a right turn drift the fuel in tank goes to left and you have no throttle power till fuel gets bck to pump, its pretty irritating and ruins the drift

2nd auxiliary fuel tank take care of such problems.

LOL Yes purple.. From what I am told In Japan out here drift cars are identified by "colorful" rear ends?

This paticular rear end came from a fully built RA29 drifter.

I might paint is black to match the rest of the underside when car gets in paint booth but I am not sure yet.

you must tighten the front coilovers springs to at least half way up to avoid pressure on dampers before first drive, they look loose.

rear coilovers are bit tricky.

if yr going to lower the car and there are no speed bumps like a Pk, then short springs work fine.
currently i havent lowered my car to circuit standard due to lack of tracks here and excessive amount of bumps everywhere.
my short rear springs are fully opened, i have two sets for rear, very short hard springs matched for 6kg and slightly long hard springs matched for 8kg sprung load.

i have used kyb at rear, it wasnt so bad, car remains stable. but if going to handle corners fast , coilovers damping at rear is way better.

currently using kyb on rwd starlet and drive is very stable even though car is lifted for local road + little bit offroad.
