you must tighten the front coilovers springs to at least half way up to avoid pressure on dampers before first drive, they look loose.
rear coilovers are bit tricky.
if yr going to lower the car and there are no speed bumps like a Pk, then short springs work fine.
currently i havent lowered my car to circuit standard due to lack of tracks here and excessive amount of bumps everywhere.
my short rear springs are fully opened, i have two sets for rear, very short hard springs matched for 6kg and slightly long hard springs matched for 8kg sprung load.
i have used kyb at rear, it wasnt so bad, car remains stable. but if going to handle corners fast , coilovers damping at rear is way better.
currently using kyb on rwd starlet and drive is very stable even though car is lifted for local road + little bit offroad.
