This weekend I went to my village and its a 320KM Drive one way. The car gave me 14 KMPL average with slight a/c usage.

If i remove the CNG venturi and all, I think this engine can do 14+.

Put New Plug Wires...Replace PCV........!! But No Its Not Starting...!!

Finally Another DIY Started....Remove The Complete Dizzy......It Was Complete Mess Inside....Oil And GUNK

Clean And test Crank And CAM Sensor Along With Ignition COIl.........Clean It Well And Place It Back.....2 Hours JOb

There is a pump in ISB which claims he is giving LPG to cng customers and he did an experiment and it worked so now his CNG Plant is not running you hear no noise only a truck parked outside with full LPG is what filling the CNG cars. When I got the cng from that pump which he claims is LPG than it started to freeze up all the time before or even last year in weather much more cold than this my cng kit never froze.

Can he be true?

I will be doin the same very soon. I am sick of this CNG saga if this didnt end i will tune my car on petrol. I found a guy who got ultra sonic machine in ISB and will be remove the venturi, getting the time set to petrol specs and cleaning TB + Adjusting spark plug gap.

Do share the results, i hope its giving better mileage now

Shell F7 His claims are still not verified but I saw the big LPG Truck there and also saw my kit freezing all the time when i got the CNG filled from him.

Nazir G8 is doing the ultra sonic cleaning. But one thing I am not sure is that he uses kerosene oil for cleaning in the machine hmm.

hi friends i need help from you people actually my dad wants to buy a car for first time and we have no experince so this is going to be our first car so we decide to go for toyota because of its has good market sale......so we have a budget of 5.5 lacks. so we set up mind for toyota corolla 1988 model (cng manual 1.6) or toyota corolla (1997 to 2001) (2.0d diseal) some friend of dad suggest to buy toyota corolla (1998-2001) 2.od which we later convert into petrol cng and these models kept its market price 3 to 4 year instead of toyota 1998 .issue is its use is going to be limited it needed once in week no long drive just in city (i am university student and moslty going to drive it on weekend day) still also we have no knowlege of engine problems......(because our first car)..........and we cant change our car every year so suggest which car is better for us and which still have good market for next 3 to 4 years and ..........which is exact price for a nice toyota corolla(1998-2001 ) 2.od(diseal) and how much budget needed for good engine swap (1.6 efi and cng kit).on toyota (97-2001)...and after then what is market of car ....................................plz help me .......thanks.

LPG Can't Be Filled In CNG Tank As Per As I Know....Nor The KIT Works....Maybe He's Mixing Them Both Or Creating Something Else...!

some friends are sugesting me to get my engine tuned, and dont know what they will do in its tuning...

Hmm No much room for tunning in these engines. Max you can do is install iridium plugs and make sure all your sensor's are properly connected. What else can you tune into an EFI Engine? Maybe get the TB serviced if its dirty and thats all.

I didnt get these headers these came stock with this engine.

850 for japanese belt, 1400 for bearing and 800 labour.

I always aim to buy OE or atleast equal quality belts. Gates, continental and pirelli are a good brand.

OEM Cost Above 2000+ Genuine TOYOTA

I was reading online and found nice reviews for mitsuboshi even some people rating it above gates and its oem manufacturer for honda. 7afe belt is a rare kind of item as normal 4afe belt is different. Genuine if found is for 3000rs. The belt I removed was gates could have used for another 20000Km.
