Hi everyone. I have been using this for 6 months now.
DONT USE THEM UNTIL YOU HAVE NO OPTIONS LEFT TO CONSIDER.
I live in askari 7, adaila road rwp.
First i had 512kbps i got download speeds upto 60
Then i had 1Mb i got upto 90
then i had 2 mb i got 180
now i have 8mb u get 230
Extra high ping times so i cant play anything online
Its been 2 weeks now, their so called IP phone customer support is DEAD. today is the 3rd June. Still dead.
You need to call them up every two days to reset your port or something, otherwise just dead connection.
I paid Rs 4000 not 4500. its been 2 months since i have been using 8mb. 8mb my ass.
Luckily i have thir modem which i around 1500. so i wont be losing anything, and i move to another service provider as soon as it supports askari 7.

I think wateen is removing its pathetic packages and introducing a 50GB , 1MB , Rs 1500 per month type of thing.
OR go to MBL, atleast they are honest, and excellent customer support. Someone tell me what do do about imzak. i am gonna complain this to PTA.
