well sir keep one thing in mind/civic 1.8 pros is much more economical than previous pros vehicles as it is 5 speed pros/this car reaches only 2 rpm on 120 km speed /it should give u 15 km/l on highways if u drive around 100km/h speed/dont push accelerator abruptly/this is the key

i am talking about sth else.prosmatec is a new technology.definately better then simple automatic transmissions.
yeah ur rite aut0matic transmissions need a pers0n with lite fo0t.but that is very rare and car has t0 g0 for gear hunting...which causes fuel comsumption t0 be on higher side

nowadays it is around 8.9km/ltr

ahan that seems a little reasonable...this means that my car is doing about 2 kms less per every liter of petrol

drive upto 3k rpm. I have found that be keeping the rpm under 2k, fuel economy actually deteriorates. 2.5k is the sweet spot. clean air filter regularly and drive moderately and your economy should improve

Well mine is 20K driven totally stock no cng and i get max of 6 to 6.5km per liter. Any one who says he gets more , well tell me how u get them?

I purchased it brand new and one thing its fuel consumption getting worse day by day as the mileage on ODO increases i really drive carefully, regularly maintain it too but still

yar chalo shukar hai mujhe koi apna dukh bantne wala tou mila....sir we both r facing exactly the same problem......mujhe woh song yaad a gaya which goes sumthing like this

hahaha. Yaar actually markX ki problem ajeeb hai. It gives nice average with full tank aur us k baad pepsi ki terha peeti hai. Sexy to hai but iam not allowed to touch it daddy ki hai!
