I think rest of 50% may be filled with water to make it a little dilute and a little affordable too

Water. I normally fill it with purified water in case tap water is not safe for drinking that means more mineral/salt etc. That means that water will be there in the window washer container for, God knows, how long. But if the tap water is safe for drinking then no prob.

Best to use is the RO water, having zero level of tds, to make sure it has no solids and salt contamination to eliminate scaling etc. That's the water we use in batteries too... But anyway, any safe to drink water may be used for its readily availability
