fouad bhai coming to ur viper n splash guards. When deciding to remove them or not 1 should weigh practibility vs aesthetics. Anything which has daily utility should not be compromised on aesthetics.if it ws like putting the chromes on door handles of ur viper or not then 1 can go with aesthetics. My vote dont remove them they dont look that bad.

Agreed! Thats a very convincing suggestion, Some other friends have also recommended the same. So, splash guards stay. Thanks! Btw the tint wala today, said to get the rear windscreen tinted from outside. Any thoughts?

So heres what I did today. Had less time so just small bits of work done.
First off, the tint paper 3M was not available in Peshawar. So I got the best possible available. Some Korean paper the shopkeeper said.

In the pic below, you can see the comparison. One portion tinted and the other not. Btw, I also tried using a paper with much lesses tint value, but, instead of giving it a smoked out look (that we all want) It looked as if the light compartment is dirty from within.

The steering wheel cover is highly recommended. Most people dont like the generic fit covers but not being a great fan of steering wheel covers myself, I chose this because with oily and sweaty hands, direct sunlight, the texture of the brand new wheel smoothens out giving a shiny look and slippery feel. So I'd like to protect that with a very small investment. Forgot the final photo but will upload soon insha Allah.

Yar allowed tu koi bhi tint nahin hai but I got the sides tinted (for now) and not the rear. The result is that during during daytime, you have to watch carefully to know if the windows are tinted or not BUT its because the rear windscreen is not yet tinted allowing the light to seep in. I think the moment its going to be tinted, the overall effect will show.

umm.. allow me to disagree
1. the steering doesnt smooth out that quickly...it will take around 75,000 km of driving at least
2. u r preserving something for the second potential buyer of the car....who would be getting this car as a second hand car after a lot of bargaining with u...so why not to enjoy these things urself?
i personally never opt for seat covers or steering cover but when selling the vehicle, get some normal quality stuff and put it on...but i always enjoy the original upholstery myself...after all i paid 2 million bucks for my car!
