Graphic User Interface
One important thing to understand is that both units are running Win-CE5 at their cores. This OS from Microsoft is basically designed for mobile devices. There might be one odd function disabled or locked by default from either of the manufacturer but that does not mean that both the units are incapable of running all apps. For more details I think Khurram Aziz is the man.
Honda Sat Nav. Elegant (User Interface) UI. No lags between menus and very responsive. Every option is accessible from the main screen such as USB, DVD, CDC, iPod, TV, Bluetooth, SD card, Radio and GPS Nav etc. However, I noticed that the system doesnāt let you tweak much with technicalities. But in some sub menus, Honda takes the lead.

Rockmars Sat Nav. Again, functionality wise, thereās not much difference though the User Interface is difference. In some places you find the Honda GUI to be more appealing whereas at some points you feel Rockmars GUI ahead. Simple, if not elegant GUI, the menus open up instantly and are very snappy. All options are accessible from the main screen such just like Honda GUI. This unit really lets you play with the technicalities.
