Some shopkeepers were selling them at Rs. 4200 . I bought it at Rs. 3800 from Waqar Autos Saddar Rawalpindi.
Honda is selling plugs on double price. The one i bought are original.

Parts prices are comparatively low at these shops cuz i always check rates at 3 different shops before buying of an expensive item and i found them comparatively low in price.
Spano is right and one of the person who knows market prices and parts comparison very well,(probably some mechanics would get advice from him on Technical aspects ) no doubt Honda same parts are available in market almost at 60% less rate.

Before buying from market i did check price as well as plugs quality from Honda as well, price of one plug at Honda is Rs. 1800 and plug was not laser that was simple NGK Irridium

With Reborn remote it's around 9000 and 9th Gen Jacknife can also be programmed for around 11000 from Honda.

The 8th Gen Civic is called Reborn. It's a nickname for this specific model that came to Pakistan from 2006 till mid 2012. Named Civic Reborn
So the answer to your question is YES. For Japan, UK Hybrid, Thai, Phillipines, UAE and all eastern specs they are the same. However the US spec had different front and rear end. But the Canadian Acura CSX is more or less same as our Reborn. That's actually where Honda got the rights and design of this shape that we got here. From Acura
