Hi fellas I am facing from a very severe problem my ride (2007) keeps heating up in traffic jams (without AC) and with AC its perfectly fine When i got her she was having WATER in radiator, after facing this issue i got 5 bottles of coolant from HONDA and started scrolling through form... Hopefully i have a friend and he is really really good at cars (maintaining reborn since 2008)... He said Yr pani jaldi boil ho jata ha or steam ban jata ha... Tujay latey sath hi coolant dalwana chie tha , i said Yr kall dalu ga pani drain kar ka and he told me that first get the radiator serviced completely. Well delayed the program and carried on water... After again getting heat up problem (While going to High Lands) i was really fed up -_-... My heart was saying U are getting her F****D up, do some thing... Well today i got up from my comfort zone and went to my local RADIATOR WALAYS... Only 1 was sincere with his job and gave me a walk-through the whole process... 1. Opening Radiator, 2. Using some kind of BLADE cleaning the side walls, 3. Acid clean and done... Whole process will take 1.5 to 2 hrs and mazdoori will be 600... i said OK... and went to an electioneer (The best in whole TAXILA) he said Sir g saaf karwa lay radiator or coolant bi dalwa le, garmian ha is lie pankha bi direct karwa lay or thermostat bi remove karwa lay, i said making the fan direct and removing T will be an temporary solution... i said in SUMMER i always use AC and while AC is on there is be no heat up issue in any kind of traffic jam. he said agay app ki marzi, Then i said yr is ki koi relay ka issue na ho he said nhi ho sakta and than i said AC chalao to 1 fan on hota ha means 1 trah ka direct keh lo jab sardian ae gi or ma heater chalao ga to phr wapis wohi hall ho ga heating up he siad nhi ho ga bhai after radiator ki service Any help will be appreciated... What can cause this problem? NOTE: Without jams car doesn't heat up even on long routed or on hard foot...

Dont you dare remove the tstat and direct the fan ...i dont like people who do this with their car...i will cute the wire of the fan if you do thatBtw just get the radiator serviced the way radiator person was telling and you wont have any issue after that get it done and get back to us if the problem presists i will guide you further

My alto used to heat up too and i made the fan direct. After i got radiator serviced all issues were fixed. I hope it helps

There are many types of covers... Always invest a good amount of money on your seats/ covers... Dont go for strap fittings one... Always go for those covers which are fitted properly using come kind of STAPLE PINS... and make sure every compartment has its own cover... i-e Plastic area on back of the front seats should not be covered with cover... Arm rest should have it separate cover and rear cup holders compartment should be wrapped with separate leather... Many people intend to buy cheap covers which ruin the whole look of the interior... Got the AirBag components replaced yesterday for my Oriel 2010 from Honda Gateway.I reckon it was the Detonator for the airbags. Not sure though. The dashboard needs to be opened up for that. Everything went smooth. It was a one hour job.
Got an appointment over phone 1 day before.
P.S Saw atleast 5 BRVs ready for delivery.

The steering centre cover and the dashboard were opened. Both airbags units were dismantled and detonators were replaced, simple plug and play.Sorry I did not take pictures.
